Provides education, support, and treatment to individuals with complex diabetes management issues. Nurses and dietitians work with endocrinologists and other health professionals to provide care. Services include education and training on advanced carbohydrate counting, intensive insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, and endocrinology. Physician referral required.
