Commissionaires BC is contracted to administer and enforce regulations of Dog Control Bylaw for Salmon Arm, Electoral Area C (South Shuswap that includes Eagle Bay, Sunnybrae, Tappen, and White Lake), Electoral Area D (Falkland, Ranchero, and Salmon Valley), and Electoral Area G (Blind Bay, Notch Hill, and Sorrento). Also provides dangerous dog control for Electoral Area F (North Shuswap that includes Anglemont, Celista, Lee Creek, Magna Bay, St Ives, Scotch Creek, and Seymour Arm). Dog complaints can be made online. Also provides dog licences for some areas within the district. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
