Investigates incidents of abuse and neglect of older and vulnerable people in power-based relationships after a report has been made. Referral is by police as well as self-initiated reporting. To make a report of abuse or neglect, call the non-emergency policing line. Liaises with Designated Agency Responders and the Public Guardian and Trustee's office. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
