A low-barrier supportive recovery home that offers a relapse prevention program for up to five months for 10 women ages 19 or older who are experiencing moderate to severe substance use; women must be able to physically care for themselves. Utilizes a trauma-informed, semi-structured clinical program designed to meet the unique needs of women in recovery. Employs a harm-reduction approach. 24-hour staffing. Services include group programming, individual counselling, and case management. Programming can be provided for three to five months depending on individual needs. Referrals through Fraser Health's Surrey Substance Use Services. Funded by Fraser Health as supportive recovery.
