Solid Start 360 offers individual career counselling, job search support, group workshops, referral to partner employers, and mentorship for permanent residents, individuals selected to become permanent residents, and protected persons. B-Hired offers job search training for newcomers ages 16 to 29 who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons with intermediate to advanced English language skills. E-Connect for Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) offers online skills training, job search support, and communication and conflict management skills from a Canadian workplace culture lens, and serves all of BC; in-person support available at Vancouver office.
