Provides 18 independent supportive housing units to people with substance dependencies and a concurrent physical or mental health issue. Offers a variety of on-site supports, including access to mental health workers, medication administration, help with financial planning, and therapeutic programs. Referrals are through VCH Mental Health Housing Services or the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry. Owned and property-managed by Sanford Housing Society; care is provided by PHS Community Services Society.
