Lawyers can provide up to three hours of free legal advice about custody, access, contact, parenting time, guardianship, child support, tentative settlement agreements, and court procedures; limited advice available about property division. Up to one hour of advice may be available to clients whose income is higher than legal aid financial guideline limits. Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Friday.
