Provides legal information, advocacy, and assistance to people with family law issues in Chilliwack. Areas of support include separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, simple divorces, child protection matters, and protection orders. Provides legal information, assistance with court forms, court accompaniment, emotional support, and referrals. All clients are entitled to two hours of support, but must meet low income criteria to be eligible for more. Funded by the Law Foundation of British Columbia.
