Lawyers provide free legal advice over the phone to people with low incomes who are experiencing family or child protection law issues such as parenting time or contact; guardianship, child/spousal support, property division (limited), family agreements, and court procedures. Interpreters are provided for service in languages other than English. Website also provides legal information on family law issues including separation and divorce, child protection and parental rights, and leaving a partner including safety planning and protection orders. Hours are 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday, except from 9 am to 2:30 pm on Wednesdays.
