Family development workers offer individualized support and access to resources for families and youth who are experiencing various challenges. Services for parents include individualized advocacy and support, referral to community resources, and mentoring and coaching. Groups and individual support are available for youth. Provides discretionary and time-limited emergency resources such as food and/or transportation. Staff are able to meet in the community or at the centre.
