Offers programs and support services to families with young children, including; parenting skills training and education, drop-in play and literacy groups, workshops, and support groups for parents. Operates a resource library, and a toy lending library. Also offers pregnancy outreach support through the Bellies 2 Babies program, and Emergency Home Support for families struggling with the demands of a newborn baby. Families who register can access the Food Cupboard two times a month. Also offers BC Farmers Market Nutrition Coupons in July and August, to seniors, pregnant women and low-income families. Pre-registration is required. Provides a community meal the first Tuesday of every month for families with children from birth to age five; free or by donation. The Clothing Closet offers free, gently used children's clothing and maternity clothing. Hours vary, contact agency for days and times of programs.
