Offers in-home intensive support and intervention to families whose children are at risk of losing their family placement, leaving their family, or are already out of their family home. Aim is to keep children with their families or reunite families and to reduce the risk of child maltreatment by changing behaviours and increasing skills. Services include counselling, parenting support, therapeutic groups, therapeutic visitation, case coordination, and concrete support to families. Works with families currently receiving support from Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD); referral from MCFD required. Serves Britannia Beach, Furry Creek, and Squamish.
