Provides outreach intervention service to children, youth, and their families who are experiencing parenting difficulties and are at risk of family or placement breakdown. Works to support family health and well-being, and to build family resilience. Supports families to discover their own solutions by identifying and drawing on their strengths and resources. Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) referral required.
