Provides free support services for pregnant and post-natal individuals as well as for parents/caregivers with children up to 12 years of age. Services include drop-in and group support as well as individual parenting support and education. Also includes access to a children's clothing cupboard, emergency food supplies, book library, and various health-related supports, as well as information on other community resources. Programs may be offered in the family centre and in the community that focus on early learning, healthy child development, and positive parenting.
