Prevention and early intervention program for family conflict. Provides free counselling, advocacy, support, and education to parents and children to enhance relationships and more effectively respond to crises within the family unit. Focus is on skill development in the areas of parenting, problem solving, blended family issues, separation and divorce issues, parent-youth conflict, parental conflict, and grief and loss. Also refers families to other services available for specific needs. Hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
