Assists and supports parents and caregivers in building parental capacity. Participation is voluntary for parents and caregivers of children and youth ages 19 and under. Family Support Workers work with parents and caregivers to strengthen family life, leading to healthy child and family development. Groups are available on a regular basis to support parenting skills and promote understanding of healthy family relationships. Free and confidential services by appointment. No referral is required. Hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
