Provides support for families and caregivers of children up to age 19 who were exposed to alcohol or drugs prenatally, have complex developmental behaviour conditions, or have no diagnosis but show serious deficits in the areas of development and learning, mental health/behaviour, or adaptive and social skills. Provides home visits to support caregivers to develop helpful strategies. Serves Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Ladner, and Tsawwassen.
