Food Programs - Chilliwack

The Soup Kitchen serves lunch from 12 noon to 1 pm Monday to Friday for adults only; families with children are encouraged to use the food bank. Chilliwack Community Food Bank provides groceries to low-income people; registration required. New clients require an appointment to see an intake worker, and must present photo identification, birth certificate, medical card, proof of income, and shelter bills. Food bank hours are 9:30 am to 12 noon and 1:00 pm to 3 pm Monday to Friday. The Pantry offers free bread, pastries, and fresh produce from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Also provides Emergency Food Hampers and Christmas Hampers. Accepts donations. Serves Chilliwack.
