Provides free confidential support services, information and referral, mediation, crisis management, and outreach to foster families who are under contract to Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). Referral accepted from self or other. Serves Burnaby, Richmond, and Vancouver. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by the MCFD.
