Service Description

Provides free integrated health and social services for youth ages 12 to 24 and their families. Mental health care, substance use services, primary health care, youth and family peer supports and social services are accessible under one roof. Foundry Works is a supported employment and education program for youth ages 15 to 24 who are experiencing multiple barriers to working, going to school, or completing a training program; helps youth build the skills and experiences they need to achieve their goals. Offers a variety of social and wellness programs for youth. Also provides sexual health care; see separate listing under Island Health. Self or other referral. Serves Campbell River. Offered in partnership with Island Health, Ministry of Children and Family Services, School District 72, North Island Employment Foundations Society, Sasamans Society, Campbell River Family Services, Campbell River and District Division of Family Practice, and Campbell River and District Association for Community Living. Drop-in counselling is available from 9 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 3 pm Mondays, 1 pm to 6 pm Tuesday to Thursday, and 9 am to 11 am Fridays. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays and Fridays, and 8:30 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Thursday.
