Service Description

Provides free integrated health and social services for youth ages 12 to 24 and their families. Mental health care, substance use services, primary health care, youth and family peer supports, and social services are accessible under one roof. Foundry Works is a supported employment and education program for youth ages 15 to 24 who are experiencing multiple barriers to working, going to school, or completing a training program; helps youth build the skills and experiences they need to achieve their goals. Also offers a variety of social and wellness programs for youth. Self or other referrals accepted. Offered in partnership with Island Health, Ministry of Children and Family Development, Division of Family Practice, Primary Care Network, Children and Youth Matter Comox Valley, Upper Island Women of Native Ancestry, School District 71, Comox Valley Retired Teachers Association, Wachiay Friendship Centre, and Creative Employment Access Society. Serves Comox Valley. Drop-in counselling is available from 9 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, 1 pm to 6 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 1 pm to 4:30 pm Wednesdays. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 8:30 am to 6 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
