Foundry Kelowna

Provides free integrated health and social services for youth ages 12 to 24 and their families. Mental health care, substance use services, primary health care, youth and family peer supports, and social services are accessible under one roof. Other services include youth outreach, housing support, independent living transition support, LGBTQ and mental health support groups, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, and family conflict resolution. Accepts referral from self or other. Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage is required, but will help clients get a BC Care Card if eligible. Services are available virtually, by phone, and in person. Wellness on Wheels Services provides counselling and navigation services for youth 12 to 24 years of age; van stops at various locations in Lake Country, Westbank First Nation, and West Kelowna; see website for schedule. Serves Kelowna and surrounding area. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; with extended hours of 9 am to 7 pm Thursdays. Drop-in counselling is available from 10 am to 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 10 am to 7 pm Thursdays.
