Provides free integrated health and social services for youth ages 12 to 24 and their families. Mental health care, substance use services, primary health care, youth and family peer supports, and social services are accessible under one roof. Foundry Works is a supported employment and education program for youth ages 15 to 24 who are experiencing multiple barriers to working, going to school, or completing a training program; helps youth build the skills and experiences they need to achieve their goals. Offers a variety of social and wellness programs for youth. Sexual health services are offered through the Maple Ridge OPT Clinic; see separate listing for details. Self or other referral accepted. Serves Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Katzie First Nation. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Mondays, and 9 am to 7 pm Tuesday to Thursday. Drop-in hours are 1 pm to 4 pm Mondays, 10 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 6:30 pm Tuesday to Thursday.
