Fraserdale Long Stay Program is an assisted living program staffed 24-hours for ten adults age 19 and older with mental health challenges to maintain an optimal level of independence for up to 18 months. Also offers medication services and psychosocial supports. Individuals must not require 24-hour licensed services for persons living with complex care needs, not have current drug or alcohol issues, and not demonstrate the likelihood of violent or aggressive behavior. A HART referral must be submitted by a case manager to Fraser Health's bed-based central service referral team. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health.
