Service Description

Residential program for men (cisgender and transgender) providing a supportive living environment, preparing participants for independent living and healthy integration back into their communities. Serves men ages 19 and older with issues such as addiction, mental health, homelessness, or lack of life skills. Full-time staff provide support, help clients develop a life plan and goals while in the program, and teach life skills. Residents have single rooms, with shared kitchen and living areas. Capacity is 13 beds, including three self-contained bachelor suites that serve participants who are ready for more independent living. Program stay can range from three months to one year, depending on individual need. Referral accepted from self or other; in-person intake interview required, intake form online. Clients dealing with addiction must be 90 days clean and sober, and clients with mental health issues must be in treatment and stable. Accepts individuals on methadone maintenance. Cost is $455 per month. Service is offered in English only; does not have access to a language interpretation service. Not wheelchair accessible. Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis.
