Registration and booking online tool and call centre for COVID-19 vaccination. There are three steps to getting vaccinated: registering, booking an appointment, and getting a vaccine. When it is their turn, individuals must register to receive a confirmation number. Next, they will be contacted to book an appointment when eligible based on age and the BC Immunization Plan Phases. Call centre hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm on statutory holidays. Interpretation service is available in more than 110 languages.
