Provides various group programs for adults. Counselling groups available for women interested in exploring abuse and unhealthy patterns in partner relationships or from childhood, and for men interested in learning how to manage emotions and unhealthy conflict. Support groups available for men interested in self-awareness and healthy relationship with self and others, and for women after separation/divorce. Psychoeducational groups available for women ages 50 and over who have experienced relationship abuse of any kind, and for adults in individual counselling. Also offers an eight-week parenting skills class. Intake fee and/or group fee may apply. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday; group hours vary.
