Also operates a Mat Program providing six mats. Intake is at 7 pm with returning guests having priority. Check-out is at 6 am, with breakfast provided. Returning clients can claim a mat for subsequent nights, provided they are at the 7 pm check-in. Clients who claim a mat for subsequent nights have access to shelter services such as meals and showers. The mat program is wheelchair accessible, but the mats are on the floor, so clients with mobility or disability issues may not be able to get down to or up from the mats. The program is pet-friendly, but does not accommodate carts. Operated in partnership with and funded by BC Housing and by the City of Surrey.
