Hand in Hand

Weekly, confidential peer support offered in-person or over video call for individuals age 16 and over suffering from anorexia, bulimia, or other eating disorders. Minors age 18 or younger must complete a guardian consent form. Individuals are matched with a trained and compassionate mentor who listens and provides hope within a judgment-free space for recovery. Meetings are 60 to 90 minutes in duration, with option to meet in person or via video call. There is no limit to how long a person can receive support in the program. No medical referral or diagnosis required.
