A nurse practitioner-led clinic delivering comprehensive team-based primary health care services through partnerships with other health care professionals such as social workers, midwives, mental health professionals, and nurses. Hours are 8:30 am to 8 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays. Potential new patients must apply via the Health Connect registry at www.healthlinkbc.ca/find-care/health-connect-registry. Operates in collaboration with the Victoria Primary Care Society, and Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of BC.
