Offers individual and/or group sessions for pregnant and new mothers with children experiencing health or lifestyle challenges; clients must be a resident of Surrey, Delta, or White Rock. Services are free and confidential, and are available until the baby is six months old. Program focuses on pregnancy, breastfeeding, healthy eating, general physical health, emotional well-being, and infant care. Groups can include weekly lunch clubs, pre- and postnatal yoga, and labour and delivery classes. Donated baby clothes, prenatal vitamins, and grocery store gift cards are provided as well as childminding. Services are available in multiple languages. Accepts referral from self or other. Funded by Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as a Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program and by Fraser Health Authority.
