Provides 30 units of supportive low-barrier housing for adults of any gender who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless; 20 male and 10 female beds. Residents have access to onsite health and support services including mental health, addictions, and medical services, as well as employment readiness programs, life skills training, and meals. Staffed 24 hours a day. Case management focuses on addressing personal barriers which may include addiction and/or mental health, with the goal of reintegration into the community and market housing. Rent is charged at 30 percent of income or the shelter portion of income assistance. Length of stay is open-ended; residents expected to engage with their case manager and follow the rules. Does not accept pets. Some units are wheelchair accessible. Potential resident must be on the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registry and complete an in-depth application to assist with the screening process. Funded by BC Housing.
