Provides one-to-one support to assist children and youth ages 12 to 18 with gang affiliation or a family history of gang involvement. Offers prosocial activities, and support with health, employment and education. Also supports parents. Services also offered in Punjabi. Program delivered in and out of school time including evenings at multiple locations. Accepts self referrals.
