Provides affordable, transitional shared housing for youth and young adults (ages 16 to 24) of all genders who face challenges accessing appropriate housing due to high market rent rates and low vacancy rates. Offers wraparound support services (life skills training, case management, and referral to community resources) for youth who are ready for independent living and those returning from substance use treatment. Offers five subsidized homes: two for males, two for females, and an apartment unit that can accommodate a parent and child up to age five. Stay is up to 12 months.
