Tax credit assists seniors over age 65 and persons with disabilities with the cost of certain permanent home renovations to improve accessibility or be more functional or mobile at home. Applicant must be a resident of BC, and a senior or a family member living with a senior or person with a disability. The credit can be claimed when filing a T1 income tax return.
