Service Description
Provides home share services for adults with developmental or physical disabilities in Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, and the Tri-Cities. Works closely with families in the community who wish to share their home and provide ongoing support. Matches adults with disabilities to the right families so clients maximize their potential and realize their dreams. Referral required from Community Living BC (CLBC).
