Provides services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, in particular youth transitioning out of foster care and individuals leaving the correctional system. Helps individuals access rental housing in the private market, through support services such as referrals to housing options, information on other housing subsidies, housing search assistance, and rent supplements.
