Provides support and access to housing for individuals leaving emergency shelter or supportive housing who have a history of homelessness and/or mental health issues in Surrey. Services include health and support services to help participants stay housed, rent supplements, and support for every day needs, including accompaniment to appointments. Support team includes: cultural liaison worker, peer support specialist, housing first worker and team manager. Referrals accepted from staff at Foxglove shelter and supportive housing.
