Assists adults recovering from mental illness and/or substance use disorders to set goals, develop skills, and connect to resources.  Recovery coaches support clients in the following areas: skills for daily living, health and wellness, support networks, employment, and education. Referrals through Island Health's centralized access to supported housing service.
