Provides housing supports to residents of Burnaby, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, and Pitt Meadows who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Services include housing needs assessment; triage with service providers; system navigation assistance; short term financial assistance for rent payment, rental arrears, utilities, and other housing expenses; and one-to-one client support.
