Provides settlement services to permanent residents, refugees, refugee claimants, international students, temporary foreign workers, provincial nominees, and naturalized citizens through information, supported referrals, orientation, and short-term adaptation counselling. Services are available in Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Cantonese, Dari, Dinka, English, Farsi, French, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Macedonian, Mandarin, Punjabi, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Spanish, Swahili, Taiwanese, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese. Serves Abbotsford and Mission. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and by Ministry of Municipal Affairs as a BC Newcomer Services Program (BCNSP).
