Provides culturally sensitive outreach services to Indigenous individuals seeking supports around substance use. Services include clinical counselling, harm reduction, referral to treatment, and connection to resources. Will meet clients in their homes or in community. Team staffed by clinical counsellor, social worker, and peer support worker. Referral accepted from self or others. Serves Abbotsford, Agassiz, Boothroyd, Boston Bar, Chilliwack, Hope, and Mission. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
