Provides information and referral regarding community services in-person, over the phone, and by email. Also provides brochures and other community resource materials, and maintains the online 'Richmond Community Services Directory' and the 'Low Income Resources Directory'. In partnership with the Richmond News, publishes the annual Richmond Seniors Directory. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
