Residential treatment program for men with addiction problems. Miller House offers 25 beds and Prairie House offers 21 beds. Uses a three-stage approach that reflects need and level of recovery. The first stage involves medical support and intensive application of the 12-step program. The second stage features continued step work and programs such as counselling, conflict resolution, anger management, career counselling, job search, and education that emphasize re-entry into society. The third stage allows clients to plan for their immediate future, leaving when ready. 60-day treatment program, with some flexibility for extension. 24-hour staffing. Self-referral accepted with telephone interview; intake hours are anytime before 8 am to 5 pm, seven days a week. Service provided in English; no access to interpretation provided.
