Offers programs and services to children and youth of all ages, and their families in the areas of recreation, sports, leisure, arts and crafts, personal development, and life skills. Provides counselling and support to children and youth up to age 18 and their families, in circumstances such as family conflict, reconnecting youth who have been street involved to their families, situations requiring conflict resolution and family mediation, and for families who have a special needs child. The Sexual Abuse Intervention Program (SAIP) - Oliver provides counselling for children and youth up to and including age 19 who have experienced sexual abuse, and provides support and education to families.
