Supports individuals on conditional release from federal or provincial institutions as they reintegrate into the Kamloops community; serves women, Indigenous, and elderly individuals, as well as individuals affected by a mental disorder or a brain injury or facing additional barriers. Services are tailored to the needs and goals of participants, and can include outreach, life skills support, crisis intervention, group socialization, recreation, connections to community resources, and family supports. Referral from an individual’s parole officer.
