Inter-Regional At-Risk Youth Link (IRAYL)

Provides outreach support to youth who congregate on or around Skytrain stations throughout the Lower Mainland. Provides support, snacks, hygiene supplies, condoms, bus tickets, naloxone kits, conversation, and assistance finding community resources. Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
