Provides assessment and care planning for patients with conditions that result in spasticity (including brain injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injuries) and provides recommendations for best treatment. The core rehab team consists of a nurse, rehabilitation doctor, and surgeon. Physician referral required. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm.
