Offers individual and group therapeutic counselling for adults, children, youth, couples and families for a wide variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, grief, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Self-referrals accepted. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy group is offered online at no additional cost, but individual therapy with one of the therapists is required. Also offers online distance counselling services. Fees are $45 per session for practicum therapists, $105 to $165 for therapists for households with full-time employment income, and $85 for therapists for households without full-time employment income.
