Issue Resolution Office

Provides impartial assistance to any person or organization who has an issue or complaint with WorkSafeBC. Complaints can be submitted via online form (worksafebccms.caseiq.app/portal), phone, fax, or mail. Before submitting a complaint, you must raise the complaint with the appropriate manager in the department you are complaining about; if unsure who to contact, you can find out by calling the divisional call centre or department (www.worksafebc.com/en/contact-us/departments-and-services). Complaints must be be about an issue that is current or has occurred in the last 12 months. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
